Hi, I’m Jason from Dash Media and today I’ll be showing you how to update your Dash Media Client Area details.
Let’s pretend I want to update my phone number that’s listed under the Client Area. To begin with, we’ll need to log into the Client Area. From there you’ll just have to enter your email address and password and we can access our details from either the “Update Your Details” link on the summary page or from the “Edit Account Details” link in the menu on the top right-hand side. From here we can see “Phone Number” listed on the bottom. If I update this to my new phone number and click “Save Changes” there will be a green bar that says “Changes Saved Successfully!”
